What locations do you ship to?

Lucky for you, we are currently offering free worldwide shipping on every order! Be sure to take advantage of this promotion before it's over (we normally offer free shipping on all orders over $85). We package & ship orders to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary from location to location. 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to support@fifido.com for additional assistance in this matter. 

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.

Policy for items labelled "Fast delivery"

 Items marked on their detail page with a label "Fast delivery" are assured to arrive by the estimated delivery date. Please note that this timeline may change based on logistics conditions, and we'll update this page with the latest information as needed. Always check here for the most up-to-date information. If you experience any isues, you can apply for one of the following compensation offers.

In the event of customs clearance delays, inspections, strikes, as well as other governmental acts, the latest estimated delivery date and the commited refund date will be adjusted accordingly. The extension period will depend on the actual circumstances of the disruptions for the relevant order.

Coupon code for late delivery

Get a coupon within 48 hours code if your order doesn't arrive by the latest estimated delivery date.

Refund if items arrive damaged

Apply for a refund if any items you ordered arrive damaged.

Refund for packages lost in transit

Apply for a refund if your package is indicated as "lost in transit" on its tracking details. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

Refund if not delivered after 30 days

If your package isn't delivered within 30 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

Policy for items not labeled "Fast delivery"

For items without the "Fast delivery" label, if your order hasn't been delivered within 60, 75, 90, or 120 days of shipment, (the number of days being dependent on indicated delivery conditions), you can apply for a refund and keep the item free of charge without returning it. Please note that this timeline may change based on delivery conditions, and we'll update this page with the latest information as needed. Always check here for the most up-to-date information.

Free Returns

Not satisfied with your order? You can return it within the order protection period. The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month).
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts/ accessories, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item.

30-day price adjustment

If a seller's listed price of aitem decreases in your country/region within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference. The refund will be based on the price and currency of your original order. Please note that items on promotion, discontinued, on clearance, or otherwise not regularly priced may not qualify.
